Award!! :)

I was planning on doing a completely different kind of post today, but that was before I found out that both http://livinginourownstory.blogspot.com.es and http://1librounavida.blogspot.com.es have nominated and awarded me with a lovely blog award! What a great surprise!! As you can imagine I am absolutely delighted and so, I am going to answer the questions they set out for me :)

 Why did you decide to start a blog?

Well, I started a blog to express my curiosity about things but then ended up sharing my love of reading and general wisdom instead :)

What is your favorite animal?

Hum, this one's tough, either a dog, crocodile, tiger, wolf or bear (I really can't choose!)

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

I've always wanted to visit America especially places such as LA, Ohio and Texas where most of the novels I read are set.

Is there a book you started reading but could not finish?

Let me think, oh yes, the third book of the Hunger Games series, Mockingjay I think? I just wasn't keen. I LOVED the first book, liked the second book and as I've told you, couldn't finish the third. Sorry all you Hunger Games fans!!

If you could be a different person for a day, who would you be?

Another toughie! I don't really think there is anyone I'd like to be, I'm quite comfortable with who I am. There's plenty of people I would love to meet however!! 

 

Who is your favorite actor?

Oooh it would have to be a toss up between Ewan McGregor and Jeremy Renner. Both hotties!!

Is there any author who you can not stand?

Alyson Noel or Abigail Gibbs, they just disappoint me so much! Their books look amazing but you know the saying!

What song do you listen to most often?

Carry on my Wayward Son by Kansas or M83's Midnight City.

Who is your favourite character?

My favourite character is probably Sookie Stackhouse from Charlaine Harris's True Blood series. She's just a badass, either that or Rose Hathaway from the Vampire Academy series, similarly a badass! 

If you could be a superhero, who would you be?

Um, I would be Violet from The Incredibles.

Beach or mountains?

Depends on the weather. Beach for sun, mountains for rain :)

Ooh L.J Smith or Jennifer L Armentrout. Both amazing female writers (what can't we do?)

Character of fiction you're in love?

Dimitri Belikov. *Sigh* I hear he's a God. Or Tyler Hoechlin's character, Derek Hale, from Teen Wolf. Or Daemon Black. *Sigh* *again*.

Do you play any instruments?

No but I always wished I could play the piano. Sadness. I may still learn though!

If you could be anyone, who would you be?

Any book that can not wait?

YES! Jennifer L Armentrout's new release in August!!

Favorite moment of the year?

I had an art exhibition back in April? I was curator (it was in my school) so I practically organised everything along with two or three others. One of the best nights of my life.

Do you still have the same friends you had as a child?

The majority of them! But in all fairness, I am still considered as a child so maybe it's not that much of an achievement...

Favorite movie?

The Island. ( Yup with Ewan McGregor)

Do you prefer hot or cold?

Cold.
